Vegetable Cutlet || "ভেজিটেবল কাটলেট" ||  সবজির চপ






INGREDIENTS :
1. Carrot - 1/2 cup
2. Capsicum - 1/2 cup
3. Cabbage - 1/2 cup
4. Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
5. Tomato - 1 medium size
6. Bean - 1/2 cup
7. Potato (boiled) - 2 medium size
8. Peanut (roasted) - 1/2 cup
9. Green chilli - 2
10. Salt - as per taste
11. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
12. Bason - 1 cup
13. Oil - as required
14. Bengali bhaja masala/roasted masala (cumin seeds, dry chili, coriander seeds ) - 2 tsp




PROCEDURE :
1. Heat a pan and add some oil.
2. Add all the vegetables (capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, beans, green chili and cabbage) and mixed it well.
3. Fry for 5 minutes.
4.After 5 minutes add boiled potato and peanut and mixed it well.
5. Then add the roasted masala and salt as per taste.
6. Cover with a lid and fry for 10 minutes.
7.Next, take another pan and heat it well.
8. Add oil for deep fry.
9. Take bason in a bowl and add salt as per taste.
10. Pour some water to make a smooth batter.
11. Make a round shape (/the shape you want to make) cutlet with the cooked vegetables mixture.
12. Now dip the cutlets into the bason batter and coat with bread crumbs.
13.Then deep fry the cutlets in the hot oil.
14. Serve it with tomato sauce

gola roti with egg || quick and easy breakfast recipe || "গোলা রুটি"


Today I'm sharing the recipe of gola Roti ("গোলা রুটি"). It is an eastern India cuisine that can be prepared very quickly and easily at home and it is very delicious.






INGREDIENTS : 1. Maida - 2 cups 2. Egg - 2 3. Salt - as per taste 4. Green chilli - 4 pieces 5. Oil - as required 6. Onion (medium size) - 1 piece 7. Coriander leaves - as you like 8. Tomato (medium size) - 1 piece 9. Cucumber (medium size) - 1 (for garnish) 9. Chat masala - as per taste PROCEDURE : 1. Make a batter of medium consistency of all the ingredients except chat masala. 2. Heat a pan and brush the pan with oil. 3. Now add one big spoon full of the batter to the heated pan. 4. Then spread it in the shape of a roti or paratha. 5. When one side is cooked well then turn over and fry the other side. 6. Once the ghola/gola roti is fried remove from heat and serve it with cucumber, sliced onion, chat masala and tomtato sauce.

fresh and pure orange juice at home || "কমলা লেবুর" সরবত || easy way to make orange juice

Orange juice is a very healthy fruit drink for all ages, specially for the kids. Now-a-days in our busy schedule of everyday life we have to choose the street food which is not so good for our health. But this is so easy to make it at home and also you will get the pure and special taste of flavour.






INGREDIENTS :
1. Fresh orange - 2
2. Ice cubes - 6 pieces
3. Black salt - as per taste
4.Lemon - 1/2
5. Sugar - 2 tablespoon
6. Water - 1 cup

METHOD :
1. At first peel the oranges and take the orange segments in a mixie jar or blender jar.
2. Add black salt, sugar, water and ice cubes.
3. Blend for 5 minutes.
4. Take a bowl and use a strainer for filtration.
5. Add the lemon juice and mixed it well. This will the extra flavour for your drink.
6. You can now add extra ice cubes if you want and the drink is ready for your refreshment.

fulkopi-paneer masala|| gobi paneer "bengali style" || ফুলকপি পনির তরকারি ||



INGREDIENTS :
Cauliflower ( Gobi )- 100 gm
Paneer  - 100 gm
Tomato paste - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Onion (paste) - 1 medium size
Cumin ( jeera ) powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin ( jeera ) seeds - 1 tbsp
Red chilli - 1 piece
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - handful
Ginger  paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Curd - 2 tbsp
Salt and sugar - as per taste

method :
1.Heat the pan and add oil.
2. Fry paneer and cauliflower (gobi) and keep them in another bowl.
3. Add cumin seeds and red chilli on the same pan.
4. Add onion paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder, ginger paste, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mixed them well.
5. Add some water and mixed.
6. Add curd and cook for 1 minute.
7. Add cauliflower and some water and cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add paneer and mixed it well.
9. Put off the oven.
10. Add coriander leaves and cover with lid for 2 minutes.
Now the special dish is ready to serve.

basanti polao recipe || "বাসন্তী পোলাও" || traditional sweet bengali dish

Basanti pulao is a traditional Bengali recipe made specially for festivals or special occasions like Durga puja. Bengali Style Basanti Pulao Recipe is made from a heady fragrance of Gobindobhog that is soaked in turmeric to get a golden touch.






Preparation of Bengali Basanti Polao (বাসন্তী পোলাও) Recipe | Sweet Yellow Rice Recipe :

INGREDIENTS:
Gobindo Bhog Rice -  2 cups - soaked for 30 minutes,
Ghee -  2 tbsp,
Turmeric powder -  2 tsp,
Ginger Paste -  1 tbsp
Salt - as per taste,
Sugar -  4 tbsp,
Raisins -  1/4 cup,
Cashew nuts -  1/4 cup,
Bay leaves - 2 pieces,
Cardamom -  4,
Cinamon - 1 piece
Cloves -  5,
Oil -  3 tbsp,
Hot water -  4 cups,



METHOD :
1. Marinate the gobindobhog rice with ghee, ginger paste, turmeric powder and salt for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp refined oil and 1 tbsp ghee.
3. Add garam-masala and bay leaves and fry for few seconds.
4. Add cashew nuts and raisins and fry for few seconds.
5. Add the marinated gobindobhog rice and mixed it well.
6. A dd sugar and fry the rice for 2 min in medium flame.
7. Add 4 cups hot water in it and mixed it well.
8. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.
9.  Put off gas oven and cover it for 10 minutes. Now the delicious Bengali Polao is ready to serve.
